RETURN BILE:<\/p>\n\n

  1. a) a ticket purchased for an upcoming event cannot be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. b) a ticket purchased for an event that has been postponed (in terms of date and\/or time) or has had a change of venue or a change of guests (withdrawal of a guest from those originally announced) may be returned under the following conditions:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    – E-ticket: (tickets paid online and received via e-mail) a return request will be sent to the e-mail address office@clustertec.ro,<\/a> the e-ticket will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 14 working days AFTER the event takes place.<\/p>\n\n

    1. c) a ticket purchased for an event that has been cancelled may be returned under the following conditions:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      – E-ticket: (tickets paid online and received via e-mail) a return request will be sent to the e-mail address office@clustertec.ro,<\/a> the e-ticket will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return request.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
