This year's edition turned into a full-fledged summit, with over 100 speakers, 14 parallel events, including 6 workshops, 4 roundtables, 2 conferences, a hackathon and a match-making event. Topics range from qualifications to building information modelling, from energy efficiency to innovative technologies in the sector, from innovation to financing, from digital twins to digital innovation services, and the approach is a mix of presentation of best practices or innovative technologies, debates in various formats and one-to-one discussions between participants. With over 300 participants, we are happy to be the first external event to inaugurate the new Conference Centre of the Technical University of Construction Bucharest, after Constructfest, when the official opening took place. Digitisation and innovation are the keywords, as usual, and most of the discussions will consider these main topics. A third topic that is of utmost importance is human resources and all the challenges that are related to skills, upscaling, reducing migration, integrating immigrants from different cultures, increasing motivation, integrating new technologies and reducing reluctance to adopt. Last but not least, we remain equally interested in energy efficiency and the circular economy. From public policy to standardisation, from success stories to practical demonstrations, through the questions we all have, we hope to bring more solutions to today's challenges and promote the exchange of ideas and practices. Conceived as a lively dialogue between 300 experts, this conference aims not only to raise standards and expectations, but also to lift hearts and generate an optimistic atmosphere in the community.
